Should we start talking again?

about two or three months ago I started talking to a girl, and we got along very well, we talked to eachother everyday, and I think we both liked eachother very well. But, about a month ago I found out she had a boyfriend, and I told her I didn't really want to talk, until she was single, cause I was never looking to be friends with her. But as of recently, I found out she broke up with him. Should I start talking to her again? Or should I give it time and see if she starts talking to me again on her own. Thanks!
