I've been working at burgarking and I don't like it
I haven't received a paycheck in over a month cause they said that they are having "issues" so I don't think I'm gonna go anymore
So I have this job?

Demand your paycheck and quit. It's one thing not to like what the job entails but it's another to not get your pay! That is ridiculous.

I would call the BK main office - the local franchise you work at is violating labor laws by not paying you

if they haven't paid you in a month you need to contact the local labor board and file a complaint, this is illegal
