I was wondering if you had plastic surgery and cosmetic and you were in a talk show and they asked if you did could you get away with saying no, also could you sine a note or something to the doctor surgent that they cant say anything about this surgery besides that you and he write a docket that dose prove this happend but that can't be seen by anyone unless it was a extreme case problem

You can bribe people to keep quiet, sure. Money talks.
But the thing is, most people aren't blind. It's pretty obvious when someone's had surgery, and lying about it only makes you look insecure. (Kylie Jenner, you're fooling no one).

Doctors are covered by Doctor/Patient Confidentiality, meaning they can;t discuss you or your medical history with anyone.
But if a reporter really wanted to find out, they could. Really easily.
For one they could easily get the information from a nurse and then never tell anyone where they got it. They could easily find you on social media and see for themselves what is different.
A reporters whole job is to find information other people don't want them to have. If they tried to find out, they could.
