hey how do u know if theres a restraining order against u? some officer from frazer county just called me saying my ex came down there and that he's gonna have to ask me to leave him alone and that he wishes to have no contact w me or i could face charges if i don't... is that a restraining order being served or is that a warning???

That's just a warning, nothing on your record.
Even without a restraining order, you could be arrested for harassment or stalking. Leave the guy alone and move on with your life.

It's a warning, but they could be coming to serve you the papers as well and just wanted to keep you away until it is handed down. Seriously though if he doesn't want you around why would you go there? If he has your property then get the Court or Police to help you go get it. If you can prove it is yours and he has it then contact the police at the non-emergency number and ask for help so you can pick it up(that way no fight and no issues).
