Famous/iconic novels set in London?

I m a college student from America studying abroad this semester in London. For a photography class my project is going to be going to places described in novels to see how the city has changed. That being said, any location suggestions? I would especially love some that are completely changed -- for example an area described as open which is now an office building. But anything at all will work. Thanks!
