I am currently on a weight gain diet so:

My breakfast today was: cereal, porridge, fruit, toast and a smoothie.

My lunch was: two large pieces of bread, chicken breast, rice with vegetables, carrots and high-calorie chocolate milk.

Then I worked out and I had a 500 calorie protein shake with 30g protein.

And now for dinner tonight I will be having chicken, soup, bread, stir fry vegetables and dessert. And then I will have another high calorie chocolate milk and probably a snack before I go to bed.

A lot of food but that's what I'm aiming for :) I have very fast metabolism.

For breakfast, I just had coffee protein powder from Isopure with coconut cream and stevia.

I haven't had lunch or dinner yet. Too early.

I'll have a large salad for lunch.

For dinner, I'll have fried riced cauliflower with egg.

Well I had a sausage mcmuffin and O.J. for breakfast. I had a hot dog, a granola bar and a soda for lunch. Hopefully I'll be having some veggies for dinner.
