I am currently on a weight gain diet so:
My breakfast today was: cereal, porridge, fruit, toast and a smoothie.
My lunch was: two large pieces of bread, chicken breast, rice with vegetables, carrots and high-calorie chocolate milk.
Then I worked out and I had a 500 calorie protein shake with 30g protein.
And now for dinner tonight I will be having chicken, soup, bread, stir fry vegetables and dessert. And then I will have another high calorie chocolate milk and probably a snack before I go to bed.
A lot of food but that's what I'm aiming for :) I have very fast metabolism.
