Help me find a song!?

I have had this song stuck in my head for a while but can only remember a few words. I know the chorus says "on the radio", it is a male singer with a kind of raspy voice, and I think it is a bit of an older song but not sure on that one. Played on my local classic rock station and cannot remember. Thanks!
