I know many guys want it, but there is also some who wouldn't do it with girlfriend. Does it means guys who dont mind doesn't love the girl or not respect her?

no. threesomes seldom work. someone gets mad, someone gets jealous, and even worse, someone gets feelings. not a good idea.

Did it once with twins, but not as a girlfriend of either one. I don't think I'd do it if it was a girlfriend, no.
