First thing I would do is pay off my family's bills. Buy a house with land. Donate 10% to a church I know that feeds the needy and help with clothing for kids. Lastly split remaining into different bank accounts due to FDIC insurance limits in bank accounts. I would then help whom I could without going past the IRS Lifetime gift limit.

I is really hard to answer first I do I will give thanks to jusus because for what I want the money is better than buying a bunch houses or cars..i having trying to get pregnant but for a some reason I don't have a baby yet already many things but is not happen yet..but first thing I will do a artificial examination to have a baby and second thing I will do donation to S.j.hopital for kids with cancer..and the rest God will treat me to use the money for right way

A security expert to advise on matters involving personal safety (important if you get the 1.5 billion) and to investigate those who inevitably will insinuate themselves into my orbit (including all those bimbos who will claim that I raped them while we were on opposite coasts).

Easy you gotta think smart but bold so I would put 50 million in a savings account and then I would spend a bunch of it on things I don't need. I would buy myself a fat house with a bunch of expensive cars, I would buy a tank ( yes those are legal to use in a street) I would then buy a mega yacht and some helicopters, then I would proceed to buy lake and in that lake I would have a submarine. I would then go and buy a bunch of houses and rent them and I would also buy some island's and rent those out too, I would then buy a bunch of exotic animals and make a zoo and I would also make a theme park. If I ever get more money I would even consider buying the chargers and keep them in San Diego.
