They smoke weed, well a few do. One love to just party and go party and get drunk every day if he can, and uses a fake. Where all 20 and I was originally enlisting in the Marines but got PDQ so I decided to join the sheriffs department that my aunt worked for. I'm probably going to join next year and the friend I hang out with mostly hates cops for no reason? Now I don't agree with all cops and sheriffs methods but most of the time they don't know the full story, like seeing a cop beat someone on a video, there's more behind it than they know!? They have never been arrested but give speeding tickets maybe, he'll I have 3 speeding tickets and still love and respect the law. So lately I've been thinking if they are even real friends? I've known them since grade school probably 1st grade it's been years. I just don't understand why? I told them i want to join the sheriffs department and get my criminal justice degree while I serve my community and people. Or police department haven't made up my mind. Leaning more to the sheriffs department being my aunt worked for them and she's very good friends to the sheriff him self so if have a better experience and career with them.

He sounds like a loser with no ambition. Don't let them hold you back in life because they are lazy and have no goals in life but to blame others for their failures.

To bad for them.
Sounds like a good job to me.
Everyone has to GROW-UP, sometime!

Well - weed will be legal pretty soon - as perhaps will all drugs. Dope will cease to be some "criminal" activity and become a Public Health concern - like pathogens in the water supply.

You just got to figure there's a lot of angry people out there who need SOMEBODY to hate - that's usually authority figures like cops. So if you do become a cop, you'll get plenty of that sort of thing.

But a cop is just like anybody else - there's nice ones and there's pricks.

The term "real friends" doesn't just mean "they do what I want them to do."

Maybe you shouldn't give them shinola like "get my criminal justice degree while I serve my community and people."

Ever consider maybe you aren't being a 'real" friend to them?

Someone who says that, isn't your real friend.
