I have level 2 yahoo account but still the links submitted by me in my answer are not live(clickable) why is it so?

You can't post live links until you reach level 3. This is to discourage spammers.

Yahoo Answers uses a point and leveling system, based on trust, to protect the community against malicious links and spam. The ability to post clickable hyperlinks is dependent on your level.

Level 3 to 7 - URLs posted are live and clickable.
Level 1 and 2 - URLs are still visible but not clickable. To access these links, you'd need to copy and paste the URL into your browser's address bar.

Only access links that you're certain are safe and not a security threat to your computer.

You have to wait until Level 3 before your links are clickable. Users in Levels 1 and 2 can't do that because they posted malicious links and spammed this site in the past. They can no longer be trusted to do that as a result. Also, this change helps protects this community from the aforementioned problems.
