So i'm a senior and i want to major in Aerospace engineering, and i'm planning to go to a 2 year community college (its a really good college with a great 2 year engineering program) and then transfer and complete my degree in a university and my question is when is when i get my degree, will getting a job be harder because i went to community college?

The degree is what earns the salary, not the path you took to get it. Most employers won't look past the name of the college that awarded the degree.

No one lists their AA degree once they have completed the BS degree. Who would even know? Therefore, how would that effect your salary? Salary is based on what an employer is willing to pay for the specific skills and abilities a candidate has. The degree and the reputation of that university does play into this, at least in the beginning, but all you list is your BS or Masters degree.

Just another note.
Before going to the CC, check with the universities you want to transfer into. Make sure your CC classes/credits will transfer over. Most universities will want general education classes only for transfer. You could find engineering classes do not transfer

Your potential employers will be interested in your grades and in whether or not you completed the degree, not the "path" you took to get it. Is aerospace engineering something you can actually start doing with just a bachelor's degree, or is it one of the many specialist careers that really require at least a masters degree?

What will be checked is the school where you graduated from, not where you enrolled during the first 2 years.

It doesn't matter too much where you start, it matters where you finish and get your diploma from.

Your degree will be from your university. It won't indicate that you attended community college.
