Pay off bills
Give some to the kids and start a fund for the grandkids
Take a trip/vacation to Hawaii and maybe even purchase a house there.
Buy a Yacht
Put some money into charites like animal shelters etc and only give money to organizations that really needs the money.
Buy new SUV and put the rest in saving and invest some.

Build an animal sanctuary for all the abused, homeless animals. I'd also build a human sanctuary for all the homeless and needy and I'd buy my family a nice house, invest a good $400 million, and give a few friends and family a good million each.
