Is immigration from Africa compatible with western values and morality or should the government stop it now?

According to most anthropological research all of our ancesters did just this.

When I was young the same question was being asked about immigrants from eastern Europe and when my parents were young it was all catholic countries. Looking at world history I wonder why we worry so little about the values of Germans immigrants
