I agree with Laura that Rose tattoo is not good and the quote looks like it was tacked on.

FYI I am not a fan of quote tattoos unless they are integral with the image, and these don't have anything to do with one another.

Yes flowing roses on the hip can be striking...but don't take that image in. Go to the artist and describe what you want and he/she can show you roses that might work for you.

I like the shading and roses. Also, I find the way it moves horizontally nearly as much as vertically to be appealing.
Just personalize it with a touch of background and your own personal text.
With just a little creativity, this will be a stunning tattoo.

I'm not a fan of it, just because it doens't flow very well with the body, and the roses are half assed and don't look very good. Roses are so common if an artist can't do good roses, they need help.

That's where my tattoo is. It's a good placement, some what suductive. It's hidden to most but the one you love will see it.

a 3rd tattoo or a hip tattoo wont be tacky per-se
but that is a pretty naff tattoo, roses seldom if ever ink well and quotes are very passé

there are many ideas you could have
vines & flowers look beautiful as they are easily adapted to follow the female form and enhancing it
design your own, something personal instead of a carbon copy of someone elses
