政府收地 , 我得到什麼賠償?

我住元朗橫州的 , 但是最近政府要收回這地方.已發出通知會在2018年1月收回這土地..問題來了 . 我本身是在一年前 , 才租用這地方的 , 事前業主和我也沒有收到通知. 數天前地政署也有人上來幫我第一次登記了.那如果政府真的在2018年收地 , 那我會得到什麼賠償 , 如果我繼續租住下去.

Your only entitlement is moving cost.As a tenant, it is extremely difficult to show that you are impacted by the eminent domain action. So the HKSAR Government is only liable to pay for your inconvenience - the moving.
If you are qualified, your public housing priority will be improved as well.
