Have you met true life Sherlock Holmes?

I ve met this guy who likes to go to starbucks and just set thr and his mind is like a million miles away. I asked him what his name and he said just call him "ECHO" I know I just have to approached him because he is attractive and very quiet, but weird that he doesn't want to look at me in the eyes. Alot of us think he is very intriguing. Onetime he met some of the local police officers and handed a file of papers. And I heard him say "Next tym don't wear ur uniforms."
He looks 18, but I think he is older than that.
