Lump sum. I'd invest it and earn more than I would by taking the installments. Time + money = more money.

I would say anyone under the age of 35 would be crazy NOT to take the 30 installments. For me, hitting my sixtieth birthday in March, I'd probably take the lump sum.

I would take the cash amount which is really what the total is as they project what the amount would in in 26 years with the interest bearing account it is in.

I would take it all because I have some projects I would like to invest it in.
