How to annoy a new teacher?

I hate to rain on your parade but when the teacher becomes annoyed with you it is not personal. The teacher becomes annoyed because you are interfering with the learning of the students who actually attend class and want to learn.
Perhaps by wanting to "annoy" the teacher is your way of being noticed and your misguided attempt at being popular. Just keep in mind that the labels your classmates attach to you may stick to you for life. Once you are labelled as a troublemaker by the school you are just making your life more difficult.
In addition if you are struggling in a class but you need to have to an A+ and the class idiot keeps acting nonsensical and the teacher's time is spent on Getting after him how would you feel? It is time for you to stop being so self-centred and begin to try seeing the world from another person's place.

Quit being a troll for starters.

Don't annoy your teachers, they get to grade you papers.
