Do i still need to buy stamps for this?

But i'm not sending it by every door direct mail since i want to send them across the country.

Would i still need to buy postage stamps since i'm not using every door direct mail?

I think the idea is that you are purchasing them with postage paid - if you are still unsure I would contact the seller.
