So at the end of 2013/first half of 2014 I had an eating disorder and lost a lot of weight, and subsequently losing my period. I recovered around the end of 2014 and am now weight restored and eat ~2000 calories a day, balanced with fats, carbs, etc. But despite being fully weight restored, I still don t have my period. I exercise daily but have never over exercised, and am currently on birth control. How do I get it back??
