Will my new chinese neighbor eat my dog?

A Chinese guy whom kinda look like an alien just moved in my neighborhood, he live just next by and I'm afraid if he'll jump off the fence and steal my dog to cook or barbecue him or even worse, eat him raw with chopsticks. What should I do? Gun laws are very strict here in new jersey and I don't want my Poofy become a rice dish.

Thanks for your help, and sorry for any offence I tried not being racist as much as possible.

I think it is serious situation.
Firstly you report to police and file it with possible attempt.
Secondly you build a wall along the neighborhood border, make sure using defense steel wires.
Third, you install camera at key spots and make sure enough digital storage space.
Fourth, you prepare knives at corners convenient to grab.
Five, you layout detective infrared ray with alert system.
Last, you be ready to face encounters 7/24. Be alerted, be cautious and be ready.

Oh - check with the republicans - but you can imagine that those Chinese folks are always on the lookout for a stray dog to eat!

First these Chinese eat your dog - next thing their kid is winning the math competition at school! There's just no knowing what will happen.
