I think I might have breast cancer?

At your age (between 15 and 20) the risk of breast cancer is only 1 in 1.3 million, so VERY unlikely.
(chance of being hit by lightning is much more likely at 1 in 0.5 million)

An inverted nipple is NORMAL in about 20% of the population and is only a POSSIBLE indication of a problem when this is a change from what is normal for you, not when it has been your normal for as long as you can remember.

Lumps in the armpit can be caused by many things, breast cancer is only one of several possibilities.

Cancer rarely "runs in families" and inherited risk factors account for less than 10% of all cancers and less than 8% of breast cancers. Unless one of your parents or siblings have been diagnosed with breast caner you are not considered to be at any increased risk.

Get it checked to set your mind at rest but this is unlikely to be breast cancer.

if you've had the inverted nipple for your whole life, then theres nothing to worry about involving that. But yes, the lump could mean something. But, the only way to know for sure is to go get it checked...
