Why are most white girls flat chested (serious question)?

Flat chest means no fat tissue at all! Like a little girl who hasn't gone through puberty yet

And girls wear bras for coverage and support. I wouldn't go without a bra because my nipples could show through my shirt and that wouldn't be good in a setting like say.. school with a bunch of teen horny boys xD

I am a white 13 year old and I have d cups. White women having flat chests isn't true. Other races can have flat chests too.

Boobs and booty are nothing but fat. For me personally, all fat goes to the booty. Most women are like this, actually, as fat in the midsection is easily used to nourish and infant if pregnancy occurs.

Asians and Europeans are less likely to store excess fat, which is why they usually only get big boobs if they're fat or have had children. (and why they see health issues at a lower weight than other populations!)

Those of South American or African descent do store fat more readily, and thus their bodies are wired to have two main storage compartments, boobs and butt, and because of this all excess fat goes there.

Then again, this is based on averages. There are Girls every bit as white as me with natural melons, and plenty of flat chested African-Americans. It mostly depends upon how much excess weight the person has, the more weight, the bigger the chest/butt will be.

Everyone is different when it comes to chest size. The white girls you know may have flat chests and some of them may grow as they get older but I can say for myself that I am D cup at 16 and I'm tiny in height and medium weight.

This is just ignorance. I am half black and half white. My mother is white and she has a very large chest as well as my sister whos bras I use to wear as hats as a joke. I am a lasenza c (averge-small) so im pretty sure its not a white girl thing. Although they are much thicker than i am they also had chests when they were smaller. One of my friends is mainly white, skinny and a DD wich proves white girls can have boobs and not just because of excess weight.

Your joking right? I live in Asia and here we do have many flat chested girls. Much is heriditory. Some is diet. Some is work related. Most here think white girls are well cows. Lots of fat on them. Not that some Asian women are not fat also.

Serious answer: The average bra size has jumped from a 34B 20 years ago to a 34DD in 2013 (in one country alone). This has been attributed to weight gain / an obesity ­epidemic and contraceptives (specifically increased estrogen levels). The majority of women are not flat chested (black or white).
