19.99/month or $200 per year prepaid are the common rates. You get more channels online via computer or smartphone than you get via regular radio. It usually is worth the price of the all-access, if you decide to get any of it at all. A portable unit is also optimal, because you can take it with you, and listen other places - but again, some channels are only available online.
