Someone I know is using my name to order parcels etc and I have known this person to use others names for malicious purposes and I worry this could potentially affect credit scores of my own.
What action can I take. This person has used names of my relatives to take out loans also.
What can I do if someone is using my name?

Obviously, you would report them to the police or DA, as that's a crime.

Identity theft is illegal. It could be a felony depending on what he does.
If he's making purchases with stolen checks, or credit cards illegally registered to you, that could cause you very serious problems, including you getting arrested.
Those fraudulent loans he got, for sure could send him to jail, so encourage your relatives to file charges.

Report them to the cops. They are breaking the law. If they have used relatives' info, make sure those relatives will back up your accusals. And i helps if you have evidence.
