My HP laptop makes beeping sounds when I turn it on and the screen stays black?

When I try to turn on my HP laptop it beeps around 20 times and stays on a black screen, also when the screen flashes white whenever I turn it on/off. I ve tried hard resetting it and taking out the RAM but it still doesn t work
(It may be because I kicked my laptop accidentally on the keyboard...)

Also, my laptop won't turn on unless it is plugged in charging.

I have a HP Pavillion, also whenever I tap F9 when starting my laptop, it just says "F9...Change Boot Device Order" on the bottom left. nothing else.

Laptops don't like being used as a football. You now have several problems which indicates to me that you have probably damaged the motherboard
There is nothing you can do apart from take it to a workshop
