Why do SOME Atheists like to make a big deal about religion and act like Religious Fanatics themselves?

I've yet to see an atheist who demands that everyone drops their beliefs and deconverts. I do however, see hundreds of people who misinterpret the mocking and bashing as a desire to deconvert.

Atheists, from what I've seen anyways, tend not to give a single **** what other people believe. Including other atheists. The ONLY thing we even agree on is the not believing in a deity. We're not mocking your ludicrous beliefs because we want you to stop, we're TRYING to show you that they're ridiculous.

But instead of admitting that talking snakes, donkeys, repopulating through incest twice, burning bushes, magic hair, and schizophrenic carpenters really Are as crazy as they sound, you people get mad and throw tantrums like a bunch of prepubescent children, and instead Demand that we respect your beliefs.

No. I refuse. If you want to believe in crazy nonsense, I am going to use my right to free speech to make fun of you for it until you decide to see if what we're telling you actually has any merit. If you don't want to be made fun of, don't buy into blatantly crazy beliefs. It's that simple.

Why do Christians make baseless assumptions? And why do they act all self righteous?

May I ask when was the last time Atheism was responsible for something like 9/11 or Paris?

Atheists don't behave in that manner. It's only a drama when a bible bashing fanatic tries to convert them to some church; then they ridicule the very determined religious nuts.

If church goers leave the Atheists alone then there won't be any conflict, disharmony or tension between believers and non-believers.

Whether it's politics, socail issues, religions, there are just some people that have to be right, have to convince you you're wrong, they will argue until they are blue to make themselves right.

The problem is not anything to do with atheists, God, Jesus, the bible, or even Christianity and all to do with the intolerance, hatred, bigotry, homophobia and persecution posted by BAD Christians towards others!

ALL the other religions and atheists live in peace and are ONLY attacked by BAD Christians which causes all GOOD Christians to despair at the damage they do!

The self-destruction of Christianity is underway and the only thing that can stop it is to abandon the terrible human emotions, seek to rediscover the idea of a loving god and act like it!

BAD Christians not only drive people further away from God but are the reason so many DECENT people are becoming ANTI THEISTS!

Atheism is like a religion itself.
It is not Agnosticism. Agnosticism says that we don't know. It is not dogmatic.
But Atheism is dogmatic, just as dogmatic as any religion. It is truly a belief system.

Because they are filled with a deep-seated hatred for God.... and they don't even realize it.
