my head is vibrating?

So, I ll be on my laptop in my room, with my head against the wall, and randomly i ll feel vibrating. I can t tell if it s the wall or my head. and sometimes it will vibrate vigorously. but whenever I put my hand to the wall I can t feel anything. Or if I put my hand to my head I can t feel anything either. I truly don t understand.

Do you live near a major road with a lot of traffic? Or near railroad tracks? It's the wall that's vibrating, not your head. Of course, it might also be an earthquake getting ready to erupt, but that's the least likely scenario.

I have had the same issue, called tremulous by physicians. it is very uncomfortable and sometimes affects my equilibrium. No physician has addressed the problem, so I continue to suffer.
