They aren't going to give you a pregnancy test unless there was a specific concern about pregnancy.
Did they not tell you what they were testing for? A pregnancy test isn't routine when diagnosing or treating the flu.
You have to consent to any testing, so I'm sure they told you what it was for.
Unlikely unless you told them that you had unprotected sex recently
They were testing your blood and urine, in order to see if you were carrying the flu virus. You were not exhibiting enough outward flu symptoms to determine if you actually had the flu, without blood work.
In order to test for pregnancy, a specific blood scan must be ordered, before the lab will run a pregnancy test. Your blood work was routine; it was not "looking" for pregnancy.

Usually they rule out pregnancy first. They usually always take urine to make sure ur not pregnant
