I get razor burn when I shave my legs. I use a good quality razor, and Eucerin to shave my legs. Eucerin is supposed to help. My razor burn in a lot better now, but is there any way that I could try and get rid of it fully?

Are you using shaving foam or gel before you shave, ma'am? This acts to soften the hairs and as a lubricant to allow the razor to smoothly move over the skin. (You don't say whether the razor you're using is a 'wet' razor or an electric one.)
