I used to always play on my wii but i didnt have time after awhile so i left it in a bag with all my games. I want to play it now and my control doesnt charge. it needs charging on a dock and when i place it on the dock the red light keeps on flickering. Ive got other controls as well but theyre not synced so i cant play at all without the main controll and its not working. What shall i do?

The third-party Wii Remote rechargeable batteries don't last forever. I used them for a while and eventually threw them out and went back to using AA batteries.

Swap the batteries over, and replace the set that doesn't charge with new.
