I'm just looking for something simple, cheap and inexpensive? My budget is £50.00 at the very most. The cheaper the better. Thank you!
Also- Will charity shops/thrift stores have these? Are they common in those kinds of places? Any advice on finding those kinds of stores?

Yes, that's fine, some even lower $$$ but make sure you can try on one LP, one you care if they're scratched up, to test how they work properly!

Probably the only place you'll find them is a charity shop or yard sale. Records became obsolete when CDs were invented, and the sound of vinyl will always be inferior to a digital Mp3

From an inexpensive record player store. To be honest £50 is too low. You need £100 really.
