The punishments for my girlfriend are inneffective. What do I do now?

shes 22 and she misbehaves too much. Whenever she mouths off to me she has to duct tape her mouth for an hour. But I dropped my beer bottle and she wouldnt clean up my mess...so I dumped all the the garbage in her bed and she says she understands how severe her punishment is. Currently, shes not allowed to visit her family for dinner and is sitting in the corner of the living room until I can dream up a punishment.
