EA^2=(64+81+100+100+121)/5=93.2
VarA=EA^2-(EA)^2=93.2-9.6^2=1.04
VarB=Var(A+2)=VarA=1.04
standard deviation of set B=√1.04=1.02

EB=(10+11+12+12+13)/5=11.6
EB^2=(100+121+144+144+169)/5=135.6
VarB=EB^2-(EB)^2=135.6-11.6^2=1.04
