What has video games taught you?

Back when i was 12ish, and i was a noob on runescape, and needed money, i would gamble.(you know the flower ****) i got up to around 10 million, and lost it all instantly. I was devastated but later on i thought about how that could have easily happened in real life if i were to make the terrible decisions of gambling. It s odd how sometimes a game can teach you life lessons. What has a video game taught you?
