Ears pierced during summer but heals too fast?

I had my ears pierced during the summer holidays at claires (with the 3 week treatment) i was told to keep them in for 3 weeks. I did before i went back to school. (Not allowed at school) for like the first couple of months i put them in after school. But i havent put them in for a while. Im afraid that they've closed up a bit. My right ear is ok but i have trouble locating the opening on my left. I've tried hot water but having tried different spots i cant tell which is the original. I really wanna wear them over xmas. What can i do?

You've made a few mistakes here:
1 - getting them pierced at Claire's (unsterile gun, little trained shop workers)
2 - taking it out that early (lobe piercings take around 3 months to fully heal)
Basically, your ears have closed up; you may find you cannot get a piercing in without piercing them again.
I suggest you seek advise from an actual professional piercer.

You could either ask someone more experienced with ear piercings, like an older sister, mother, or even a friend to help you. Other than that you could always go back to Claire's and ask them for help.
