my mom was making tea and it got too hot and spilled over. After turning it off all the burners started clicking like once a second. We called out electric/gas company and they said to turn it off as it might be moisture . its been happening for the last 20 mins.
the onlu problem is that its me and my mom and the oven is in a tight space so we dont really know if its safe to pull it out if the gas is connected. We have 5 burners amd its really irritating, what should we do??

You don't need to turn the gas off at the connection, just turn off all the burners. No gas is escaping if the burners are turned off. The clicking sound you hear is the electric ignition.
Clean and dry the top of the stove. Take the burner covers off and dry up all the moisture. Once everything is dry and put back together, if the burners don't turn on by electric ignition, you can light one burner with a matchstick and turn it up high to thoroughly dry out the burner. If that works, you can do the same to the rest.
