am i breathing while under general anesthesia?

im getting surgery Tuesday, super nervous ππ theyre putting an endotracheal tube in my throat, does that mean im not breathing during the surgery? im just curious

Yes, you are breathing. The purpose of the tube is to connect a ventilator in case something happens and you can't breathe on your own (which is rare).
