Possibly it is the teeth themselves . When did you last see a dentist ? Do you smoke ? What about diet etc.

Go to a dentist. Could be a rotten tooth or gingivitis and if that's the case no matter how much you brush you'll still have that problem. Floss every night or get a water pik. And try sugar free gum.
