Help I don t know why this specific office says their is no appointment available, its not closing or anything. Other offices have appointments available, but they are too far so I can t go. Please if you guys have any idea why this is happening or if this has happened to you? please let me know.

You did not say what state you live in.
Is this appointment-making done over the phone or over the internet?
If done over the internet, use the TELEPHONE and speak with a human being. If done with a telephone, you must find a way to get out of the voice mail system and talk with a human being.
If neither works, PHYSICALLY SHOW UP at the office and ask them to schedule a time and date.
