I need help of nco or officer 4 questions?

I hate the army. I have 3 offers not included family own businesses that are doing super good that I want to work for make x5 amount as I am making now as a pvt in army. I want that life again and I hate the army and want out. That being said I am trying to get out of army but my nco won't let me. I even offered them to discharge me with dishonor or bad conduct and I even said they can take all my pay and give me as much duty as they want until I am officially seperated out of army in return for me to GET OUT. All I want is out of the army and I need help getting out. My unit is alright but this is a bunch of bullshit. It's time for me to move on how can I get out? I am going to try and rack up some art15 or something. I'm not going to hurt anyone I might just break a few rules that will get be a dishonor discharge so I can go help run this business
