so I live in Chico-CA and I would like to back to my country so I will clear my apartment and put my items to store (I will back after 6 month and go to Montana so I not come back to Chico)
then I want my friend to take everything from store that she have all authority to put my items to her apartment
can I do that ?
can I store my apartment item then another person take the items ?

If your friend will store your items for you, it is up to both of you to come to an arrangement on price. However, I suggest storing it yourself in a self-storage unit. When you come back, go get it and take it to where you plan to live.
