C = C1//(C2<>C3)

= C1//(C2*C3/(C2+C3))

= C1 + C2*C3/(C2+C3)

= (C1*C2 + C2*C3 + C3*C1)/(C2 + C3)

= (2.1 + 2.1 + 1)/(2.1 + 1)

= 52/31 uF


Q = C*V

= 52/31 * 10

= 520/31 uC


V2 = Q/C2

= 520/(31*2.1)

= 7.99 volts
