Unfairly failed road test?

I took my road test in Massachusetts. My examiner failed me because she said I lack control over the vehicle because I was driving 10 miles an hour in a parking lot. I was really nervous and there were a bunch of pedestrians walking around waiting for their road tests!! Also I noticed on my test score sheet, she put the wrong time, used a BLACK colored pen, and this score sheet is a copy. How did she get a copy we were in the same car the whole time? Seems fishy. And when she wrote fail on my permit, the pen color is PURPLE. she used two different colored pens to score my road test and write fail on my permit? And not to mention wrote 7:45am instead of 11:45am on the score sheet that is a copy!! Seems weird to me. Can I appeal this failure???
