i want to buy but does xbox 360 games can be downloaded fast or ps2 is better

if you're downloading the games digitally. then you need an internet connection to do so. and that depends on your connection. if you have a slow internet provider, it will be slow for both systems.
if you're buying hard discs and installing them to the hard drive for each one, they will still take the same because they are both the same game size needed to install to work properly.
