what is the future of digital schools?

What will “school” be like five years from now in 2020? How will emerging technologies change the way students go to school, take classes, interact with their teachers and classmates, and learn about the world?

If it goes that way, then I feel sorry for the students. They won't get to interact in person, which is a key factor of school and betters the whole point of school, that being learning how to learn. Humans naturally bounce off each other not only with words, but how the words are spoken, and body language. Digital schooling would make learning wooden and without character. Yes, there is conferencing, but no one can raise their hand. The professor would need a monitor for every student or a giant one the size of the classroom :) No, people will still go to class in 2020. Plus, you got to figure, there is too much investment in universities, not just by the government but by businesses that want to recruit the students. MTU is a good example. They get money from car companies. On the government side, CU gets trickle down money through NASA, NIST, and JPL. The secondary school campus where students can converge, interact, and even form bonds will never go away.
