How to be more respectful towards my mom?

My mom does a lot for me but I always act disrespectful and annoyed towards her. I don't know if it's because I'm a teenager and its hormonal changes or whatever but lately I've been being very disrespectful and I get mad easily and I have no idea why?!

You need to have some self control. You know when you disrespect her, you are hurting her as well as yourself. Sometimes, you can't control and the person you vent your anger or loose steam is usually your mother than father. Wife takes it out on their husbands. The possibilities are endless but I guess in your heart, your mom is someone you love dearly and you know she will always forgive you. That is why you can get away with mom more than your dad.

it might be your hormones acting up or a chemical imbalance could make you act that way, get it checked
