Should I see a doctor about my breasts?

I'm a young teen and I have often been told that everyone's breasts are different. But I just want to check to see if people think this is normal it if I should see a doctor.

My nipples are always popping in and out from being inverted and it isn't always to do with being cold or whatever like their always changing. Also when this happens the actual shape of the breasts change a bit too.
I also sometimes get a very small amount of white thick discharge from them but it doesn't dmell funky or anything.
And lastly my areole can often be itchy but there's no rash or anything
