Let's say x(t) = Asin(ωt).Then v(t) = x'(t) = Aωcos(ωt)
and a(t) = x"(t) = -Aω²sin(ωt)
Here, a / x = -Aω²sin(ωt) / Asin(ωt) = -ω² = -5.51m/s² / 0.260m = -21.2 /s²
ω = 4.60 rad/s ◄ angular frequency
f = ω / 2π = 0.733 Hz ◄ frequency
